What if your driver doesn't show up?

That's never happened before, but if it happens, our company will cover the food cost and also will give credit to the customer for the same amount.

How long have you been in this business?

Started in 2013. We have been in the food delivery business for 11 years.

What is the commission % you charge the restaurants?

It can be anywhere from 0% to 15% depending on the deal every restaurant has with us. We guarantee our fee + GrubHub, Doordash etc. fees combined will always be less than you are currently paying those companies.

Do you have enough drivers?

We have thousands of drivers everywhere in the United States.

What if the food is delivered late?

If the food is delivered late, and the order is canceled, the restaurant will receive a cancellation email with the reason the food is canceled. If the reason is the fault of our driver, we will cover 100% of the food cost. GrubHub covers only 70% of the food cost.

Does the restaurant need to call when there is an order for delivery?

No, the restaurant only needs to prepare the food. We take care of the rest. We receive every delivery order at the same time as you do. In just a few minutes after the order is received, our driver will be at the restaurant to pick up the food.
